10–15 years in HR consulting, with strong expertise in Compensation & Benefits
Qualification & Certifications
CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) – preferred
GRP / CEBS – added advantage
MBA / PGDM in HR or related field
Job Description
Lead compensation & benefits strategy, design, and implementation
Advise clients on salary benchmarking, job evaluation, and pay structures
Design incentive plans, bonuses, and benefits programs
Conduct market research and compensation surveys
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
Support HR transformation and reward strategy projects
Engage with senior stakeholders and drive client relationships
Mentor team members and support business development
